বিশ্বের ৬৬টি দেশের এক হাজার মুসল্লির ওমরাহ ব্যয় বহনের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে সৌদি আরব সরকার। আজ সোমবার সৌদির বাদশাহ সালমান বিন আবদুল আজিজ আল সৌদ এ সংক্রান্ত একটি ডিক্রিতে স্বাক্ষর করেছেন।
সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যম এক্সে পোস্ট করা এক বার্তায় সৌদির ইসলামিক অ্যাফেয়ার্স বিষয়ক মন্ত্রী এবং সরকারি এই কর্মসূচির সুপারভাইজার শেখ আবদুললতিফ আল শেখ বলেন, বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশে বসবাসরত ইসলামিক স্কলার, শেখ এবং প্রভাবশালী ব্যক্তিদের সঙ্গে ভাতৃত্ব ও সম্পর্ক স্থাপানই এ উদ্যোগ বা কর্মসূচির মূল লক্ষ্য।
দেশটির হজ এবং ওমরাহ বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয় বলছে, মক্কার কাবা শরিফ, মদিনার মসজিদে নববি এবং সৌদি সরকারের অতিথি হিসেবে তারা ২০২৪ সাল শেষ হওয়ার আগেই ওমরাহ পালন করতে পারবেন। সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে তাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা হবে।

“Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh:”The hosting comes as an extension of the great care of the wise leadership for everything that serves Islam and Muslims and strengthens the bonds of brotherhood among Muslims around the world.” The #Custodian_of_the_Two_Holy_Mosques approves hosting 1,000 Umrah performers as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visit. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may Allah protect him – has approved hosting 1,000 Umrah performers from 66 countries around the world, who will be hosted in four groups during the year 1446 AH, as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visit, which is implemented and supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance. On this occasion, His Excellency the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, the General Supervisor of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visit, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Alsheikh, extended his sincere thanks, appreciation and great gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman – may Allah support them – for their keenness and generous direct care to enable Muslims from different countries of the world to perform their Islamic rituals with ease and peace of mind and at the expense of the Kingdom, pointing out that this hosting comes as an extension of the great care of the wise leadership for everything that serves Islam and Muslims and strengthens the bonds of brotherhood among Muslims in different parts of the world, and enhances fruitful communication with Islamic elites, scholars, sheikhs, and influential figures in the world who are hosted within the program. His Excellency the Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Alsheikh noted that the program, since its launch, has covered various continents of the world and the number of countries benefiting from it until this year has exceeded 140 countries, where services are provided to guests according to an integrated system from the time they leave their countries until their safe return – Allah willing-. His Excellency explained that the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, since the issuance of the royal decree, has devoted all its energies to implementing it according to the highest standards of accuracy and quality, and the specialized committees of the Secretariat of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program are working to prepare the program designated for hosting, which enables guests to perform Umrah rituals and visit a number of historical landmarks in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, in addition to meeting with scholars and imams of the Two Holy Mosques. At the end of his statement, His Excellency the Minister Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Alsheikh praised the great and continuous support received by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs to carry out its duty and achieve its mission in serving Islam and Muslims, spreading the values and principles of the Islamic religion, and confronting hatred, extremism and fanaticism, in a way that achieves the noble principles that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince – may Allah guide them – direct and strive to achieve, asking Allah Almighty to reward the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Crown Prince with the best reward for the great services they have provided and continue to provide to Islam and Muslims, and to perpetuate the blessings of security and stability on this country, and to accept their Umrah , and to return to their countries safe.
বিবৃতিতে আরও বলা হয়েছে, মনোনীত সব ওমরাহ যাত্রীকে ইতোমধ্যে চারটি গ্রুপে ভাগ করা হয়েছে এবং পর্যায়ক্রমে তাদের আহ্বান করা হবে।
